Booking Terms

The terms quoted above are on a Bed and Breakfast only and are per night.

Note : April 28th to September 30th is peak rate.

Please note: A £20 per room surcharge applies to one-night stays.

Enquired bookings for which no deposit is received within 24hrs may be re let. 

 

Our bar is open 6 nights a week Monday to Saturday 6-8pm for beverages and bar snacks.

 

A deposit of £100 per person is required to confirm your reservation.  

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits are are non refundable in the event of cancellation. 

Check out is 10am and check in is between 2pm & 6pm.

Accommodation is reserved on the understanding that in the event of a cancellation, the following charges will be payable for any nights

not re-let over the reservation period.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of full rate is payable.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival: 100% of full rate is payable. 
We will make every effort  to re-let the accommodation on your behalf.

Due to the Isles of Scilly's unique location travel insurance that covers weather delays is strongly recommended.

Should you have an insurance policy please ensure that it covers travel delay due to weather.
