Booking Terms

Terms quoted are per person per night Bed and Breakfast.

Note : April 27th to September 30th is peak rate

Please note: One night stay attracts a surcharge of £15 per person.

Enquired bookings for which no deposit is received within 24hrs may be re let. 

 

Our bar is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6-8pm for drinks.

 

A deposit of £100 per person is required to confirm your reservation.  

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits are are non refundable in the event of cancellation. 

Check in is between 2pm & 7.30pm.

Accommodation is reserved on the understanding that in the event of a cancellation, the following charges will be payable for any nights

not re-let over the reservation period.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of full rate is payable.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival: 100% of full rate is payable. 
We will make every effort  to re-let the accommodation on your behalf.

Due to the Scilly's unique location travel insurance that covers weather delays is strongly recommended.

Should you have an insurance policy please ensure that it covers travel delay due to weather.
