Whats new at Schooners for 2008
This is year four of Keith and Carols refurbishment plan of The Schooners Hotel on the beach front of Hugh town. Last winter Keith, Carol and our team have been busy fitting new ensuites into the 2nd floor rooms, with new wood floors, glass quadrant showers & new white suites they're looking great!
Last year the Dining room had a substantial makeover. Carol put her sewing skills to good use making new natural canvas curtains to fit well with the nautical flavour of the hotel. We are currently putting plans in for a new beach patio area and front entrance.
Caroline has installed wireless broadband in the hotel, we now have a PC in the new lounge for visitors use. Keith, Carol, Helen and our chef Melissa are busy ensuring your stay with us will be as enjoyable as always.
New Managers Jon & Kate will take over the
running of the hotel late April 2008 so lots of exiting new plans for this year.
