Weekly rate less 2% of accomodation costs, not including meals and drinks.

Please note a one night stay attracts a surcharge of 10%

Child ren (6 - 12 years) are charged at two thirds normal tariff when sharing dbl / twn room with parents

Confirmed bookings for which no deposit is received within 7 days may be cancelled.

Terms quoted include VAT @17.5%.

A deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Provisional bookings will be held for 24hrs.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Accommodation is reserved on the understanding that in the event of a cancellation the following charges will be payable for any accommodation that is not re-let over the reservation period.
Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival: 75% of full tariff rate payable.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% full tariff rate payable.
We will endeavour to make every effort to re-let the accommodation on your behalf.

Due to the Scilly's unique location travel insurance is strongly recommended. An insurance form, specifically for travel to Scilly, will be sent out with the confirmation of your booking. Should you have another insurance policy please ensure that it covers travel delay due to weather.
